With a total area of 1.2 square meters, the international water sports base is located in the Wanpingkou sea area. The geographical coordinate is 35.22 in north latitude and 119.34 in east longitude.

and equipments in the base includes: 6 floating wharfs, 320 berths, 150 meters up and down water ramp for sailing, 100 meters seaport, 350 meters sand proof bank and 450 meters bulwark.
The land area is 800,000 m2 and the main facilities and equipments includes: 7,340 m2 sailing club, 6,500 m2 water controlling center, 2,600 m2 boat measuring room, 25,000 m2 stop

squares, 15,000 m2 container stop, 2 outdoor playgrounds, 3 sculptures for sailing view, 3,000 m2 fallow plank roads and 350,000 m2 ecological gardens and parks. |
The international water sports base enjoys complete facilities and functions, which completely accords with the standard and request of the international sailing league and meets the demands for the comprehensive international or domestic water sports competition and training. In October 2004, this base is regarded as the national training center by national sailboat association of national physical bureau.
